MillenniumSoft Inc in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Field Assurance Complaints Lab Tech on a 12-month contract. The role oversees daily operations in the Field Assurance Lab, handling intake of complaint samples, shipping, and image reviews.

You will work 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7 AM to 4 PM, 40 hours per week, with in-person interviews. Education: AA or equivalent; Employment: Contract on W2 for US Citizens, GC Holders, or eligible statuses.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Basic problem-solving / troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Document complaint samples received for evaluation.
• Coordinate shipping & tracking of domestic and international sample kits.
• Ensure timely shipping of sample return kits.
• Track shipping inventory and order supplies.
• Oversee image/video review requests and run TrackWise queries.
• Maintain GDP documentation and GLP adherence.
• Escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional lab environment.
