Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Assurance Technician in Tempe, AZ to oversee daily operations in the Field Assurance Lab handling complaint samples and image reviews. The role requires coordinating shipping, receiving, and documentation while maintaining GDP/GLP standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have lab exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams. This is a 12+ month, on-site position at BD’s facilities in Tempe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in medical/lab setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Document complaint samples received in Field Assurance Lab.
• Support daily requests for sample return kits, ship and track domestically and internationally.
• Oversee image/video review requests and maintain review tracker.
• Maintain GDP/GLP documentation and keep a clean, organized workspace.
