Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Field Assurance Complaints Lab Tech for a 12-month contract. The role is 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, paying $21 per hour.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations in the Field Assurance Lab, handling shipping/receiving of complaint samples, and performing image reviews related to complaints. Familiarity with biosafety, GLP/GDP, and clean room experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must provide Hep B series or willing to sign waiver.
• Experience with complaint handling or lab support is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in Field Assurance Lab.
• Manage shipping and receiving of complaint samples.
• Conduct image reviews for complaints promptly.
• Maintain GDP/GLP in lab and ensure secure documentation.
• Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of lab processes.
