Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Tempe, AZ seeks a Field Assurance Complaints Handling Lab Tech for a 12-month contract on W2. You will document complaint samples, coordinate shipping of return kits, and maintain GDP/GLP standards in a fast-paced lab.

Work hours are 7 AM–4 PM, Monday through Friday, with in-person interviews. Requires AA or equivalent and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior lab or GMP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced lab.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Basic problem-solving / troubleshooting skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Document complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation.
• Manage sample return kits: shipping domestically and internationally, track documentation, communicate with requestors.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of sample return kits.
• Track shipping inventory and order supplies through approved vendors.
• Oversee image/video review requests; run queries and maintain trackers.
• Maintain GDP when recording preliminary and sample analysis results.
• Escalate any issues to Supervisor/Manager.
