Responsibilities

• Field Logistics: Place, retrieve, and store open house directional signs and property signage in Marin County.
• Access & Supplies Management: Transport, install, and collect lockboxes, keys, and marketing collateral at client properties.
• Errands & Fleet/Property Support: Execute company errands, including drop-offs, pick-ups, and minor prep tasks.
• Inventory Control: Conduct monthly inventory checks of marketing assets and supplies; notify when reorders are needed.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with special operational projects and team support as assigned.

Position Summary

The Unlicensed Assistant provides essential on-call field support and logistical assistance across Marin County. In this role, you will handle field distribution, property access management, marketing setups, and general business errands to ensure our listings and client service run seamlessly.

Essential Job Functions

• Field Logistics: Place, retrieve, and store open house directional signs and property signage throughout designated areas in Marin County.
• Access & Supplies Management: Transport, install, and collect lockboxes, property keys, and marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signs) at client properties.
• Errands & Fleet/Property Support: Execute company errands as assigned by the Owner, including drop-offs, pick-ups, and minor property prep tasks.
• Inventory Control: Perform monthly inventory checks of marketing assets, open house signs, and staging/listing supplies, notifying the Owner when reorders are needed.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with special operational projects and team support as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Driver's License: Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation suitable for carrying field supplies.
• Reliability: Exceptional dependability, punctuality, and responsiveness for on-call field requests.
• Task Management: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to placing property signage, handling client keys, and tracking inventory.

Physical Requirements

• Movement: Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and kneeling associated with field setup and loading/unloading vehicles.
• Lifting: Must be able to comfortably lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing 25+ lbs (e.g., A-frame signs, post bases, boxes of marketing materials).
