Job summary

Arcadis is seeking entry-level Archaeologists to support environmental planning projects in Ohio and surrounding states. You will conduct archaeological fieldwork from site identification to data recovery and monitoring, collaborating with the cultural resources team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in anthropology/archaeology.
• 1–2 years of experience in cultural resources management.
• Demonstrated practical field experience within Ohio or surrounding states.
• Working knowledge of GPS systems and the collection of field data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct archaeological fieldwork across projects.
• Assist site identification, data recovery, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Arcadis cultural resources team in field.
• Travel to project sites, including overnight stays, with 90–100% fieldwork.
