Job summary
VivoAquatics is seeking a Professional Services Technician II for field-based work around Gettysburg. You will own a route of recurring client visits at commercial properties, diagnose issues across chemical automation, sensors, and circulation systems, and install VivoPoint feed systems while providing proactive remediation guidance.
The role requires 2–4 years in commercial aquatics or related tech fields, and a CPO certification within 90 days of employment.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or related technical field preferred.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification required within first 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled onsite visits according to route schedule and contract scope.
- Conduct chemical water testing and provide adjustment recommendations to keep water balanced and code-compliant.
- Handle, transport, store, and apply pool chemicals safely.
- Diagnose and resolve common and intermediate issues across chemical automation, sensors, and controllers.
- Calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot probes and related instrumentation.
- Install and commission VivoPoint chemical feed systems and support new site launches.
