Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Proxy Agent to connect with homeowners in Quad Cities. You will go door-to-door, introduce Renewal by Andersen products, answer basic questions, and generate interest in in-home consultations. You will schedule appointments for the sales and design team and spend most time outdoors.

No sales experience is required; paid training is provided. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed, and the role is full-time with daytime and early evening

PROXY AGENTLocation: Quad Cities | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonuses (average annual earnings are approximately $67,600 for qualifying performers)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for an outgoing and dependable Proxy Agent to connect with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods. You'll introduce Renewal by Andersen, answer basic questions, generate interest in free in-home consultations, and schedule appointments for our sales and design team. You'll spend most of your time outdoors speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods, engage homeowners in friendly and professional conversations, introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services, generate interest in free in-home consultations, schedule appointments for the sales and design team, represent the brand professionally in the field, and track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

We're looking for someone who is outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people, communicates well, has a reliable and punctual work ethic, is comfortable working independently, can walk and stand for extended periods, can lift up to 75 lbs., has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, can pass a background check, and has a high school diploma or GED.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings of approximately $67,600 for qualifying performers. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance. Benefits include paid training, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, territory-based position with daytime and early evening hours. Work is conducted outdoors in assigned residential neighborhoods.
