Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking an Events Agent for part-time promotional work at retail locations, community events, and activations. You will connect with homeowners, introduce our products, and schedule free in-home consultations, all while representing the brand professionally.

No sales experience is required and paid training is provided. You’ll need strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently at various events and locations.

EVENTS AGENT

Location: Quad Cities | Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonuses

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an outgoing and dependable Events Agent to represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, schedule free in-home consultations, and track leads and activity. You’ll spend most of your time working promotional events and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

• This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on your availability.
• Evening and weekend shifts are required.
• Territory-based assignments.
