Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC seeks a Proxy Agent to engage homeowners in Des Moines, IA. You’ll go door-to-door, introduce products, and generate interest in free in-home consultations while scheduling appointments for the sales and design team.

No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided. You will spend most of your time outdoors, using a tablet or smartphone to track leads and activity.

PROXY AGENT

Location: Des Moines | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonuses (average annual earnings are approximately $67,600 for qualifying performers)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an outgoing and dependable Proxy Agent to connect with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods. You’ll introduce Renewal by Andersen, answer basic questions, generate interest in free in-home consultations, and schedule appointments for our sales and design team. You’ll spend most of your time outdoors speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods, engage homeowners in friendly and professional conversations, introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services, generate interest in free in-home consultations, schedule appointments for the sales and design team, represent the brand professionally in the field, and track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• We’re looking for someone who is outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people, communicates well, has a reliable and punctual work ethic, is comfortable working independently, can walk and stand for extended periods, can lift up to 75 lbs., has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, can pass a background check, and has a high school diploma or GED.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings of approximately $67,600 for qualifying performers. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, territory-based position with daytime and early evening hours. Work is conducted outdoors in assigned residential neighborhoods.
