Job summary

Renewal by Andersen LLC is seeking an outgoing Events Agent to represent the brand at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations in Central Illinois. You’ll engage homeowners, share information about products and services, and schedule free in-home consultations.

EVENTS AGENT

Location: Central Illinois | Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $20.00/hour + performance-based bonuses

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an outgoing and dependable Events Agent to represent Renewal by Andersen at retail locations, community events, and promotional activations. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, schedule free in-home consultations, and track leads and activity. You’ll spend most of your time working promotional events and speaking directly with homeowners. No sales experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident in the role. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in representing the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff retail locations, booths, and community events; engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations; educate customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services; schedule qualified free in-home consultations; represent the Renewal by Andersen brand in a positive and professional way; assist with event setup and teardown; and track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, has a reliable and punctual work ethic, is dependable and comfortable working independently, can stand for extended periods, can lift up to 75 lbs., has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, can pass a background check, and has a high school diploma or GED.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are based on appointments set and individual performance.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on your availability. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Territory-based assignments.
