Job summary

A leading medical equipment company is seeking an Application & Training Specialist. This role involves installations, trainings, and certifications of products, with significant travel required. Candidates must have a BS in Exercise Physiology and 3+ years of related experience. The specialist will also manage customer service inquiries and service visits. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in exercise physiology and/or PFT.
• Experience servicing electronic equipment strongly preferred.
• Experience operating metabolic and PFT equipment strongly preferred.
• Technical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installations, training, and certifications ( >75% travel is required).
• Perform service as needed.
• Maintain documentation per Quality System and internal CRM standards.
• Train personnel on proper use and care of equipment.
• Provide telephone and email customer service support.
• Manage expenses within defined budget.
