You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to grow our North American business and deliver compelling technical content at conferences and webinars. Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology or related area; biomarker discovery experience.
• At least 2 years in customer support, technical/applications support.
• Residence within territory: Greater Boston, DC, NY metro, or PA/DE region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical and scientific support contact for territory customers.
• Conduct remote and in-lab product training and evaluations.
