Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Field Application Scientist for the Northeast region. The role provides scientific and technical support for our automated proteomics platform and biomarker discovery workflows.

You will work with sales, marketing and R&D to grow the North American business and craft customer training materials. This hands-on position involves presenting at conferences, training customers, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products.

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology with biomarker discovery experience.
• Proven ability to support customers technically and scientifically.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical and scientific contact for territory customers.
• Conduct in-lab and remote product training and evaluations.
• Manage technical support cases and escalations with timely resolutions.
• Contribute to building a scalable technical knowledge base and processes.
