Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide training to distributor engineers and application specialists; troubleshoot and evaluate service quality.
- Support end users with instrument operation, workflow guidance, and Level 2 technical support.
- Assist with instrument installation, calibration, verification; troubleshoot hardware/software (remote and on-site).
- Localize and improve training materials, SOPs, and user manuals for local language needs.
- Monitor instrument performance and testing quality; participate in EQA activities and data reporting.
- Collect and relay distributor/end-user issues; produce structured reports for product/R&D improvements.
