Job summary

Clinical Search Group, LLC is seeking a Field Application Specialist in Southern California to cover a multi-state geography and support cutting-edge laboratory instrumentation.

You’ll be the applications expert, troubleshoot and train customers and distributors, and work with Account Managers on demos and implementations. Expect meaningful travel and hands-on problem solving in a dynamic diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or similar field.
• MLT or MLS/MT (ASCP) certification is a big plus.
• At least 2 years working with lab or diagnostic equipment/instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with lab technology is preferred.
• Field-based support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the applications expert for instrumentation and assays.
• Troubleshoot, train, and support customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to run demos and implement solutions.
• Lead local training sessions.
• Regional overnight travel 50% but up to 80% in some weeks.
• Be the workflow and functionality guru that customers rely on.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar field
