Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist to support upstream bioprocessing technologies, focusing on process development, troubleshooting, and customer support.

This role involves technical pre- and post-sales support, developing project plans, analyzing processes for optimization, and traveling up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years in cell culture process development or bioprocessing.
• Knowledge of perfusion, TFF, scale-up/scale-down and cGMP.
• Strong troubleshooting, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams; travel up to 50%.
