Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a field applications engineer to support customers with MPS power products, identify needs, and position solutions. You will build relationships with the engineering community and help drive revenue growth.

The role involves learning products, presenting to customers, and coordinating on-site lab work, with a schedule of three days on site per week and relocation willingness for territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal proficiency in English with excellent communication skill.
• Ability to balance strong technical and problem solving skills with solid relationship-building in a fast-paced team.
• Must be open to relocate to another territory.
• BSEE or higher with some work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to US revenue growth through direct and indirect technical activities.
• Learn MPS power products and technology and present to customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their system power requirements.
• Provide technical support to match customer requirements with MPS solutions.
• Build technical relationships with the engineering community.
• Work in office, or lab, 3 days per week as coordinated with supervisor.
