Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a Field Application Engineer in the US to deliver technical support to customers and identify opportunities across MPS power products and services.

You will work with customers to understand their power requirements and align them with MPS solutions. The role requires learning MPS products, building technical relationships with engineers, and coordinating lab work 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• BSEE or higher with some work experience preferred.
• Must be open to relocate to another territory.

Job Description

This FAE will provide technical support to customers in US as part of the fast growing MPSNow FAE team developing potential opportunities using MPS power products and services. The FAE identifies and current and emerging customer technical needs to improve the tactical and strategic product positioning, support customer design needs and win for MPS

Salary

The annual target base range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.
