Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Germany is seeking an Associate Field Applications Engineer to support design and application of our power management products for mass market customers in Europe. The ramp-up includes rotations through different teams to build broad product knowledge.

You will work as a technical liaison, evaluate customer requirements, troubleshoot applications, and promote MPS in seminars and meetings while collaborating with field sales to grow opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• New college graduate or ≤2 years in electronics industry.
• Hands-on analog power management experience preferred.
• Strong schematic/Layout skills and lab equipment use.
• Proficient in German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical liaison to support customers in design and application.
• Evaluate customer requirements for systems and advise on proposals.
• Troubleshoot system applications and resolve engineering issues.
• Represent MPS at seminars, conferences, and meetings in the field.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Engineer to identify and develop new opportunities.
