Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to provide technical support to customers in the US as part of the growing MPSNow FAE team.

You will identify current and emerging customer needs to improve product positioning and support customer designs to win for MPS. The role involves learning MPS power products, engaging with customers to understand their system power requirements, and building strong engineering relationships.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal proficiency in English with excellent communication skill.
• Ability to balance strong technical and problem solving skills with solid relationship-building in a fast-paced team.
• BSEE or higher with some work experience preferred
• Must be open to relocate to another territory

Responsibilities

• Contribute to MPS US Revenue growth through direct and in-direct technical activities.
• Learn MPS power products and technology and present to customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their system power requirements.
• Provide technical support to match customer’s requirements with MPS solutions.
• Build technical relationships with engineering community.
