The position requires a four‑year degree in a technical discipline, strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 40%+ including air travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or marketing with automation/industrial control products.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with quick learning and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Increase annual sales revenue across automation, control and networking products.
• Collaborate with local Phoenix Contact sales team on joint activities and plans.
• Act as local technical representative for product questions and power‑related matters.
• Develop sales tools, collateral and drive campaigns as regional marketing support.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client data and use it for reporting and tracking.
