nVent is seeking a Field Application Engineer for the Eriflex brand to drive technical solutions and commercial offers within our Central Cluster: DACH, Benelux, Poland. You will work as a brand expert and collaborate across engineering and sales teams to define customized solutions and compelling proposals.

You bring higher education in electrical engineering or industrial automation, strong communication, and a track record operating in international environments.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical solutions and commercial offers for projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams across the cluster.
• Support pre-project teams from the sales cycle start to understand requirements.
• Capture technical, quality, and production needs.
• Build and present customized commercial proposals.
• Ensure consultative product use and implementation guidance.
• Follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize customer visits and drive commercial actions.
• Proactively propose ideas for customer projects and offers.
