Job summary

KLA is seeking a technically skilled professional to deliver applications support for its products at customer fabrication facilities in Taylor, Texas. You will collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing teams and customer engineers to implement and optimize solutions, and provide escalation support for field service teams.

Ideal candidates hold an MS or higher in engineering-related fields, understand fab processes, and communicate proficiently in English and Korean.

Qualifications

MS or higher in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Electronics.
Understanding of fab processes is highly preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

Provide technical applications support for development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
Work closely with engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
Provide application support and training to customers.
