KLA is hiring a Field Applications Engineer for the Austin, TX area. You will support customers with product demonstrations, installation and ongoing applications expertise, traveling to sites as needed.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales to develop solutions, create test plans, and share best practices across teams. Opportunities for growth, leadership and training are available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with related experience in engineering/physics.
• Ability to travel >30% within the US.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and lead product penetration and adoption support at customer facilities.
• Assist sales with demonstrations and customer applications.
• Train customers and other applications engineers; publish test results and proofs of concept.
