Job summary

Sino Biological, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Application Scientist to drive sales growth and provide expert technical support for reagents and CRO services across Southern California.

You will engage with top research institutions, present technical platforms, develop cross-sale opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and CRO teams to meet territory goals.

Travel up to 25% and a comprehensive training program are part of the role, with a base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Life Sciences with 3+ years in sales is preferred.
• Experience selling reagents or CRO services is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Territory Bulk Sales strategies and pricing for bulk orders.
• Engage with researchers and institutions to promote Sino's reagents and CRO services.
• Provide technical support and present the company's platforms to clients.
• Develop application notes and sales tips to aid customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales and CRO teams to achieve territory goals.
