Position Summary:

This is a post-sale technical role where responsibilities primarily involve supporting clients after product sale. It includes providing technical expertise during installation, implementation, and maintenance of company products. The role may involve customizing solutions to meet customer requirements and ensuring full functionality according to specifications. Follow-up support to sales teams and customers, sharing technical information on specific applications, may also be part of the role.

Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve various issues.
• Determine actions based on guidelines; modify processes as needed.
• Handle moderate scope assignments requiring problem-solving techniques.
• Build productive relationships internally and externally.
• Provide professional guidance and collaborate on problem resolution.
• Work independently with minimal instruction on daily tasks and new assignments.
• Exercise judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions.

Experience/Education:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
