We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Researcher for a one-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SaaS B2B environments and be experienced in conducting both qualitative and a moderate amount of quantitative user research. Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) systems will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth qualitative research to gather insightful data on user behavior and preferences within our SaaS platform.
• Design and execute usability studies, interviews, and surveys aimed at understanding pain points and user needs.
• Analyze data from both qualitative and quantitative research methods to derive actionable insights that drive product strategy.
• Collaborate with product teams to communicate findings and recommend changes to improve user experience.
• Manage all aspects of research project logistics from planning to reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience research, particularly in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Proven track record of conducting qualitative research, with some experience in quantitative methods.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and ABAC frameworks and their impact on user experiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
