Chroma ATE, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Manager to develop and optimize manufacturing and test processes for semiconductor devices, and to design and refine test methodologies and measurement techniques to improve yield and production efficiency.
The role requires a Master's degree in electrical or industrial engineering and hands-on experience with WIP data analysis, plus the ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical fab equipment issues while supporting R&D to manufacturing

Sales and Engineering support of testing equipment
Develop and optimize manufacturing and test processes, including test plans and workflows for semiconductor devices on SW platform; design and refine test methodologies and measurement techniques to improve high-reliability production, yield, performance, and production efficiency; troubleshoot and resolve test and process-related issues, supporting customers and production teams; support implementation and scale-up of test solutions and equipment from R&D into manufacturing; analyze test data and benchmark performance against industry standards and competitor solutions; serve as liaison between engineering, production, and customers to ensure testing and product requirements are met; collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and operational planning; and drive continuous improvement of test and measurement processes based on production feedback and evolving business needs.
Require: Masters degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering; 2 years experience in job offered or as an Equipment Engineer at a semiconductor manufacturer. Experience in Work-in-Progress (WIP) data analysis and resolving critical fab equipment issues to maintain high-reliability production.
