Job summary

Chroma ATE, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Manager to develop and optimize manufacturing and test processes for semiconductor devices, and to design and refine test methodologies and measurement techniques to improve yield and production efficiency.

The role requires a Master's degree in electrical or industrial engineering and hands-on experience with WIP data analysis, plus the ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical fab equipment issues while supporting R&D to manufacturing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering required.
• 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or as Equipment Engineer.
• Experience in Work-in-Progress (WIP) data analysis.
• Ability to resolve critical fab equipment issues to maintain high-rel production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing and test processes for semiconductor devices.
• Design and refine test methodologies and measurement techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test and process-related issues with customers and production teams.
• Support scale-up of test solutions from R&D to manufacturing and assist product launches.
