Job summary

BrainCo is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support commercialization of dexterous hands for humanoid robotics. You will be the primary technical resource in customer engagements, performing demonstrations, system integration, training, and post-sale support while coordinating with Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FAE or robotics support, strong Linux and C/C++ skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• 2+ years in Field Application Engineering, robotics testing, or related roles.
• Experience with dexterous hands, robotic manipulators, or humanoid robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Robotics Business during customer meetings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Provide technical solutions based on customer requirements and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Deliver technical training, create documentation, and act as liaison between customers and engineering teams.
