Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in CS/EE or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on Ethernet networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 IP protocols and Linux networking.
• 8+ years programming experience in one or more languages (C/C++, Python, P4).
• Experience with high-performance data center tech (RDMA, DPDK, SPDK, NVMe).
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Bring product and solution technical knowledge into pre-sales customer meetings.
• Assess product fit to customer technical requirements and help define next steps.
• Define detailed test plans and PoC plans for customer evaluations.
• Extend functionality of software reference applications for customer needs.
• Support customer hardware and software development activities, answer questions, debug issues.
• Conduct technical trainings and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve design or product issues.
• Cross-functional communication with Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide ongoing post-sales technical support.
