Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, including fieldwork and customer-facing technical support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.
• Organized, self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource for customers, including on-site visits and solution recommendations.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to design, evaluate, and optimize conveyor and material-handling solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales to support projects.
• Lead project execution including layout development, performance modeling, installation support, and validation.
• Travel regionally 30–40% for audits, troubleshooting, and training.
• Produce technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Provide data-driven customer feedback to influence product improvements.
• Participate in field testing and reliability assessments.
