Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for our New Orleans, LA location (and Hanover, MD).

You will provide technical assistance to Customer Service, Account Managers and customers remotely by phone, email, or web conference, and help resolve complex application and equipment issues. The role requires at least two years of industry experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years industry experience preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Customer Service, Account Managers and Customers remotely by phone, written correspondence and/or via web-conferencing.
• Problem/ complaint resolution: identify causes and recommend solutions for specific applications or equipment.
• Demonstrate ownership of after-sales issues and ensure resolution for customers.
• Coordinate with product/design and project management groups to address recurring issues.
• Collaborate with customer service, account managers, field service technicians, project managers, and other Intralox teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% after onboarding; possibly more during initial training.
