Job summary

BizLink Interconnect Technology (India) Private Limited in Round Rock, TX seeks an experienced engineering professional to develop and maintain technical relationships with customers. You will visit customers to help design high-performance, low-cost solutions and secure design wins.

You will lead cross-functional investigations, support quality and product development, perform 3D modeling, prepare materials and presentations, and travel as needed to support customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in the interconnect industry with automotive wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Must have 3D model capabilities.
• Strong technical communication and leadership to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines.
• Decisive, proactive drive for execution and a strategic, innovative approach to complex engineering issues.
• Timely communication with customers and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain overall technical relationships with customers.
• Visit customers frequently to help design products with high-performance and low-cost recommendations.
• Secure design wins and provide customer feedback to internal teams.
• Work with the quality team (QE) and address quality issues locally.
• Conduct testing to replicate failure, inspect the product, and perform preliminary failure analysis upon request.
• Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries.
• Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of BizLink’s products.
• Create, manipulate, and utilize representations of objects in three dimensions.
• Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.
• Assist with the development and growth of our company and engineering resources.
• Continually provide feedback as to how BizLink’s products or services can be improved to enhance our customers’ experience.
• Some travel will be required.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
