Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred).
• 3+ years in interconnect industry with data center wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• 3D modeling capabilities required.
• Strong technical communication and leadership to lead multi-discipline investigations.
• Decisive, proactive execution mindset; strategic approach to complex engineering issues.
• Timely communication with customers and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers.
• Visit customers to design high-performance, low-cost products and secure design wins.
• Collaborate with QE to address quality issues locally.
• Conduct testing to replicate failures and provide analyses.
• Provide technical marketing support for BizLink products.
