Ceres Caribe is seeking a Field and Warehouse Administrator to support HR and operations in Puerto Rico. You will manage records, inventory, and communications, coordinate shipments, and prepare business documents using Excel and Office tools.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in admin/HR/inventory, strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel, and a valid Puerto Rico driver’s license with clean MVR. Occasional travel and vehicle use are part of the job.

Field administrative / Warehouse clerk. This role plays a key part in operational support and administrative operations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
This position primarily works in an office environment supporting Human Resources and operational teams while also assisting with warehouse organization and inventory control. Daily responsibilities include employee interactions, document management, onboarding activities, compliance tracking, inventory management, tool accountability, reporting, and coordination with multiple departments. The role requires advanced organizational skills, frequent use of Microsoft Excel and company systems, and the ability to shift priorities based on business needs. Occasional local travel is required to support hiring events, employee onboarding activities, warehouse operations, deliveries, and other administrative errands using a company vehicle.
