  • Partner with regional managers to forecast equipment shortages, identify urgent tool needs, and support streamlined supply chain fulfillment.
  • Conduct periodic field and yard inspections across Puerto Rico to verify inventory and strengthen regional coordination.
  • Design and prepare comprehensive weekly operations status briefings for the Operations Manager.
  • Use Survey123 to track real‑time crew locations, field productivity, and active work zones.
  • Maintain a centralized log of Notices of Non-Conformance (NNCs) and track regional progress toward resolution.

  • Minimum 3 years supporting senior operations executives, preferably in utility contracting, tree care, or linear infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing equipment inventory, logistics, or fleet data tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, and dashboard formatting.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for field and yard visits.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience using Survey123 to extract, view, and analyze field‑collected data.
  • Experience working within vegetation management, utility line clearing, or disaster recovery operations.
  • Familiarity with asset‑tracking systems or operational reporting platforms.
  • Ability to design executive‑level dashboards and reporting templates.
