Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Executive Director of US Portfolio Analytics to lead analytics across the US portfolio from headquarters in Redwood City, CA. You will partner with US Commercial leadership to translate business priorities into an integrated analytics roadmap and establish standards, data definitions, and decision support across brands.

The role requires deep biopharma analytics expertise, hands-on capability, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, scientific, engineering, or business discipline(s).
12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting with senior leadership responsibility.
Proven success building and scaling high-performing analytics teams in a fast-paced biopharma environment.
Broad commercial analytics expertise across field, market access, omnichannel, BI, and data governance.
Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data (claims, prescriptions, HCP, payer, specialty data).
Experience defining KPI frameworks and executive dashboards for decision making.
Experience partnering with IS teams on data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
Experience supporting product launch readiness and post-launch optimization.
Excellent executive communication and storytelling to influence senior leaders.
Strong business acumen and ability to operate with ambiguity while delivering impact.
Experience applying advanced analytics (marketing-mix, segmentation, predictive modeling, AI-enabled decision support).

Responsibilities

Portfolio analytics leadership: define vision, operating model, and priorities for analytics across the US portfolio.
Lead Field Analytics team and set segmentation, targeting, and performance dashboards.
Oversee Market Access analytics for payer coverage, pricing, contracting and access dynamics.
Own Data Strategy and Governance across data assets; onboard new data sources and vendors.
Direct Omnichannel Analytics measuring customer journey, channel effectiveness, and optimization.
Oversee Reporting & BI, KPIs, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
Promote Advanced analytics, AI/ML, automation, and new data sources.
Support launch readiness, execution, and lifecycle optimization across US portfolio.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, IS.
Manage external analytics vendors and build internal capabilities for durable advantage.
Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of impact.
