Job summary

Realm is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for customers in the field, owning integrations, onsite deployment work, and translating real-world needs into scalable solutions. You will work hands-on with customer systems, troubleshoot complex environments, and prototype tools to ensure mission-critical success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or forward deployed experience.
• Able to read/write code and build prototypes.
• Experience with enterprise or security‑critical products.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~25% onsite with US customers.
• Prototype field tools and integrations in the field.
• Troubleshoot complex environments across varied setups.
• Translate field insights into technical requirements for engineering.
• Lead all technical integration work including APIs and data pipelines.
• Travel to customer sites to demonstrate product value pre-sale.
