Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks an ambitious Aftermarket Account Manager to drive growth in its Columbus, OH territory by building strong relationships with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams, and by closing deals on our aftermarket solutions. You will leverage a defined region, a full suite of products, and hands-on training to become a trusted advisor.

You’ll spend 75%+ of your time in the field, using our CRM tools and collaborating with factory reps to boost product revenue

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and 2+ years in compressed air equipment sales OR 6+ years in industrial sales.
• Proven ability to prospect and close deals with 75% of time spent in the field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to deliver utility air solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office with disciplined time management.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales from lead generation to closing deals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts.
• Showcase product suite to maintenance, engineering, and purchasing.
• Excel in interpersonal communication to foster long-term partnerships.
• Meet performance metrics and drive sales expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and factory representatives to increase revenue.
• Strategize and execute tailored sales plans for targeted utility service opportunities.
• Participate in product demonstrations and sales calls leveraging expertise.
