Job summary

Universal Technical Institute in Spokane, WA seeks a Field Admissions Representative to recruit students through local high schools, build awareness of UTI programs, and manage a 120-mile territory. This remote role requires travel within Spokane and surrounding area while offering a flexible schedule.

You will engage with students, families, and educators, conduct presentations, maintain CRM, and strive to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Must clear background check including MVR.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, and local communities.
• In-person presentations at high schools and other offsite events representing UTI.
• Consultative mindset with informative in-home interviews and CRM follow-up.
• Public speaking and presenting to educators in schools and other institutions.
• Maintain knowledge of UTI programs, financing options, and information to answer questions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment.
• Adhere to compliance criteria established by external bodies and UTI.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
