Universal Technical Institute in Minneapolis is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to recruit students for its programs. You will partner with local high schools and build awareness of UTI within a 120-mile radius, while managing a dynamic, field-based workload.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s is a plus.
• Experience with public speaking and outside sales is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, and communities.
• Conducts in-person presentations at high schools and at offsite events.
• Maintains CRM for follow-up with prospective students.
• Represents UTI and its programs to encourage enrollment.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment.
