Job summary

Rite-Hite Holding Corporation is seeking a Distribution Marketing Specialist (Field Activation) to bring marketing initiatives to our Distribution sales, service, channel, distributor, and Inside Sales teams. This hybrid role requires collaboration with Commercial Enablement, Sales, Product Business Units, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into clear messaging and practical resources.

The position is based in Milwaukee, WI, with about 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Five+ years in B2B marketing, field/channel marketing, or sales enablement preferred.
• Experience creating field-facing resources, briefs, and launch materials in a complex B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports field teams with marketing messaging and resources for customer conversations.
• Coordinates field-facing tools, resource guides, demo materials, and launch kits to drive adoption.
• Partners with Commercial Enablement and Sales to translate priorities into field communications and assets.
• Gathers field feedback to improve resources and reduce adoption barriers.
