Rite-Hite Corporation is seeking a Distribution Marketing Specialist (Field Activation) to bring marketing initiatives to life for our Distribution sales, service, and channel teams. This hybrid role requires three days in our Milwaukee, WI corporate office, with travel around 10–20% to support field initiatives and business growth.

You will translate priorities into clear messaging, develop field-facing resources, and partner with Commercial Enablement and cross-functional teams to drive tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing, field marketing, or sales enablement roles preferred.
• Experience creating field-facing resources, briefs, and launch materials in a complex B2B environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate field-facing marketing tools, resource guides, and launch kits for sales teams.
• Support rollout of tools like demo materials, SPIFFs, and enablement assets.
• Develop field communications and concise summaries for distribution channels.
• Partner with Commercial Enablement to translate priorities into field messaging.
• Gather field feedback to improve materials and adoption.
