Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive operational excellence, automation, and AI-assisted research across marketing functions. You’ll run Asana programs, develop standards, and support CX initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

The role is hybrid, onsite in Milwaukee three days per week, reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, with opportunities to elevate processes and analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project management.
• Experience with project and workflow platforms (Asana preferred; Jira or Monday.com acceptable).
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted productivity and research tools.
• B2B marketing environment experience preferred.
• Exposure to CX programs, insights, or research operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing Operational Excellence standards across campaigns and processes.
• Administer Asana, maintain data hygiene, and keep dashboards current.
• Produce operational reporting on cycle time, throughput, and quality.
• Build SOPs, templates, training assets for adoption.
• Support the AI-tools evaluation and CX program governance.
• Document recurring performance workflows and standardize templates.
