Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to bring best-in-class activations to life across the United States. You will lead planning, logistics, warehousing, execution, and post-event reporting for consumer sampling programs and brand experiences.

The role requires extensive travel and the ability to manage multiple activations, crews, vendors, and field teams across a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, or large-scale consumer activation.
• At least 3 years as primary production/operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience scoping, budgeting, production, execution, breakdown, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, retail activations and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists, and readiness checklists.
• Assess venue requirements: access, storage, refrigeration, power, parking, security, and consumer flow.
• Oversee load-in, setup, operations, breakdown, and load-out for premium brand execution.
• Act as primary onsite production lead, addressing safety, timing, budget, product quality, and consumer experience.
