Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Field Action Operations Associate – Customer Care II to provide operational, administrative, and customer service support for medical device Field Actions in a hybrid work setting.

The role involves coordinating with Field Action Team Leads and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely completion of activities, handling inquiries, preparing notification packages, and supporting returns and RMAs with ERP data management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related customer service, administrative, or operations experience.
• ERP or regulated-industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and verify customer contact information.
• Prepare, assemble, label, and ship Field Action notification packages.
• Support product return activities, including tracking RMAs.
• Pull ERP reports and organize customer, product, and shipment information for assessment by the Field Action team.
• Track customer responses and maintain accurate Field Action records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement activities and special projects.
