Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Operations Support to assist the Operations department in executing service contracts in ERP/CRM systems. The role focuses on ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining contract accuracy.

In this position you will support cardiovascular-related service activities, monitor aging of service agreements, and help scale operations for current and future products. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Business or Healthcare discipline required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, well organized, and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong customer service skills.
• Ability to execute and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Able to interact across departments and with external customers.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in contract reviews to ensure accurate documentation prior to contract acceptance and entry.
• Work with Service Operations Team to ensure real time entry of service agreements post execution to meet month end deadlines.
• Determine and report on service forecasting for outstanding agreements and on time delivery.
• Assist with return of product requiring preventive maintenance or Field Change Notices to ensure on time delivery of service.
• Monitor, update and enhance work instructions for service operations as new products enter the market.
• Support service operations in retrieving service loaners at conclusion of service or for ancillary needs.
• Support operations to ensure scalability of current and future products.
• Assist Business Process Leader for testing of new integration projects.
• Support Operations & Finance with service aging follow ups.
