Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Field Service Technician II to repair and troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic medical devices at customer sites. You will travel to hospitals, perform maintenance, and support on-call calls to maximize device uptime.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair and training teammates while ensuring safe operation of service fleets and adherence to company standards. Strong technical background and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and DOT physical card required.

Responsibilities

• Performs electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
• Troubleshoot devices and repair malfunctioning components.
• Use appropriate tools for adjustments and repairs.
• Provide on-call coverage, including weekends/holidays.
• Load, unload, and move medical products up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities under service contract.
• Safely operate a fleet vehicle ranging from a cargo van to a 26,000 pound truck.
